About the Role:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a property portfolio for the NSW State Government.
The role is managing Hard & Soft service FM across a wide range of assets, located in the CBD and will suit an experienced Facilities Manager who has experiencing managing Commercial, Retail or Government assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the scheduling system for all preventative and reactive maintenance work orders
• Delegate, review, and track planned/reactive maintenance to ensure contract KPIs are met
• Oversee contractor management, including onboarding, performance, safety compliance, and timely provision of quotes and documentation
• Assist with the planning and delivery of minor capital works projects and site upgrades
• Support the management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including reporting and cost tracking
• Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers for all contract and facilities matters
• Assist Technical Facilities Managers with fire approvals, and preparation of AFSS

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities management within commercial, retail or government.
• Strong contractor and project management background
• Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets and supporting capital works projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
