We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to guide our talented crew at Just Cuts Kotara through an exciting new chapter.

🧡 About the Role

As Team Leader, you’ll be both a hands-on Senior Stylist and a motivating mentor. You’ll play a key part in our salon’s daily operations, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring a professional team of Stylists.
• Rostering, stock management, and salon coordination.
• Ensuring high service standards and salon presentation.
• Delivering expert cuts and exceptional client experiences.
• Supporting team development and maintaining a positive vibe.

👀 We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is a qualified stylist (Cert III in Hairdressing) with strong skills and a caring approach.
• Has team leader or salon management experience (ideal but not essential).
• Shows excellent communication, delegation, and organisational skills.
• Leads with calm confidence and knows how to bring out the best in others.
• Is proactive, reliable, and values a harmonious team culture.
