AGI is a highly regarded, growing third-party insurance administrator (TPA) providing administrative services and web-based solutions to the financial services industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our high-performing dynamic team in a full-time office-based position.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Process weekly commission payments to brokers in a timely manner.
· Allocate daily premiums received on behalf of insurers.
· Process premium transfers to insurers and manage related payments.
· Reconcile and process third-party administration fees for brokers.
· Process premium refunds to clients promptly and accurately.
· Provide accurate quotes to clients upon request.
· Assisting customers with their enquiries over the phone.
· Maintaining customer details in the database and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
· Perform general administrative duties and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Additionally, you will have:
· a background in accounting or finance (bachelor's degree or higher)
· strong attention to details
· high familiarity with Microsoft Excel
· fluency in English, especially the ability to write to a professional standard
· good time management
