Permanent | Full-time | 24/7 Rotating Roster
Salary: $77,514.91 base salary plus an additional $11,627.24 per annum (15% shift allowance) + Superannuation

Are you passionate about community safety and making a real difference in your local area? The City of Stirling is seeking a dedicated Community Patrol Officer to join our Community Safety team. About the Role
As a Community Patrol Officer, you will:
- Patrol designated areas to deter and report crime and antisocial behaviour.
- Respond to community safety concerns including graffiti, damage, obstructions, and suspicious activity.
- Attend to building alarms, complaints, and calls for service.
- Liaise with WA Police and other stakeholders to share intelligence and support safety initiatives.
- Operate mobile technology and CCTV systems to monitor and respond to incidents.
- Support ranger services and contribute to high-demand operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate II in Security Operations.
- A current WA Security Officer’s Licence.
- Experience in mobile patrols, alarm response, and CCTV operations.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to engage confidently with the community.
- A current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance (under 3 months).
