About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to partner with our aged care clients who are living independently. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive, holistic assessments and develop tailored occupational therapy and rehabilitation programs designed to enhance clients’ independence, health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities will include delivering a wide range of evidence-based interventions, regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary health professionals and clinical teams. You will also ensure all documentation meets legislative and accreditation standards.
About you
You’ll be motivated by a genuine passion to empower aged care clients to live life to the fullest. Strong problem-solving, time management and organisational skills, along with the ability to work independently are essential in this role.
In addition, you will also possess:
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- Prior experience in an Occupational Therapy position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
