We’re on the hunt for a Senior Digital Account Manager who’s got the skills to lead strategy, manage relationships, and work with our creative and media team to deliver results clients rave about.
🤘 The Role:
This is an end-to-end account management role where you’ll lead a portfolio of automotive and dealer-based clients. You’ll be responsible for strategy, communication, campaign planning, performance tracking and making sure every piece of work we deliver hits the mark.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Automotive and Agency Director, and collaborate with our in-house team of paid media specialists, creatives and fellow Account Managers to bring campaigns to life.
While your focus is on client relationships and strategy, we’re a hands-on agency. From time to time you’ll jump in to help build Meta campaigns, send EDMs, or shape content and messaging. You’re the type of person who knows that great results come from both planning and execution, and you’re not afraid to get involved when it counts.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
Build client relationships and become their go-to lead marketing expert
Develop and execute monthly digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation
Brief creative assets that convert: ads, videos, landing pages, EDMs, SMS & more
Work with Meta & Google media buyers to launch and optimise paid campaigns
Dive into campaign results, tweak what’s needed and report clearly to clients
Collaborate with our content and creative team to bring ideas to life
Utalise a suit of digital marketing programs to deliver on client needs, including CRMs, Automation tools, AI & paid media platforms.
Stay across trends in advertising, automation, AI and the auto industry
🔧 You’ll Need:
2–4+ years in digital marketing, campaign management or lead gen
Proven ability to manage Facebook & Google campaigns (you don’t have to build them, but you get them)
Strong creative instincts. You can brief, write, and review creative content
Experience with Database marketing tools and automation tools
Confidence running meetings and communicating with clients of all levels
Exceptional time management and attention to detail
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and what makes a campaign tick
An interest in (or experience with) the automotive industry
Bonus: Experience with tools like Zapier, Canva, SproutSocial, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Adobe Creative suite.
