About the role
This role proactively works with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students through a case management approach to provide intervention strategies for improved engagement and retention for successful academic outcomes.
The role works with a range of internal and external stakeholders to review data and identify barriers and develop best practice, effective solutions for the College’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have well developed skills and experience in the case management of students experiencing personal, social and academic barriers to study and be able to demonstrate previous success in early engagement and retention strategies that have resulted in successful outcomes for these students.
Essential to the role are proven Excel, data analysis and database management skills. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, proven communication skills and an ability to work autonomously.
