About the role

We're seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team at Coolco Air Conditioning in West Burleigh, Queensland. This is a full-time role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, scheduling appointments and service calls, and providing administrative support to the wider team.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office in a warm and professional manner

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Scheduling and managing appointments in our calendar system

Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
