We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the front office area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Perform administrative duties (e.g., filing, organizing documents)

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Stock control

Provide general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Driver’s Licence, minimum provisional, required
