About the Role
As our Junior Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact at our Head Office – so being professional, welcoming and well-presented is key. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Welcoming visitors and staff with warmth and professionalism
Answering and directing incoming calls
Providing barista-level coffee service (yes, we take coffee seriously!)
Managing stock of barista supplies, stationery, and other office consumables
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assisting customers with order collections and basic enquiries
Managing the reception inbox and responding to email enquiries
Keeping reception, meeting rooms and kitchen areas clean and tidy
Taking payments and reconciling the daily cash drawer
Supporting admin tasks like scanning, filing, and preparing new starter packs
Assisting with car park bookings and other general duties
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in reception or administrative support (ideal but not essential)
Barista experience (or willingness to learn!)
A strong customer service mindset and great communication skills
A well-presented and professional appearance
Confidence on the phone and in person
High attention to detail and ability to manage time and tasks effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
