About your new role
As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you’ll provide high-level administrative and strategic support, manage day-to-day scheduling, communications, and reporting, and liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be the trusted right hand to the Director ensuring priorities are managed, documents are polished, and meetings are seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, draft, and format high-level reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Screen and manage communications, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in line with corporate policy
- Handle expense claims and assist in project or contract coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support business reporting and communication across teams
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant at senior level
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Experience with stakeholder liaison, document formatting, and minute taking
- Contract or project coordination experience is an advantage
- Flexibility to occasionally work across global time zones.
- High typing speed and CRM/ERP exposure are desirable
