The Offer

Full training and ongoing support provided

$70K – $80K base + super + up to 40% uncapped commission

Realistic first-year earnings of $100K–$110K+ once you’re up and running

Year 2+: $130K+ is the norm for high performers

Hybrid flexibility: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays once you’re settled

What We’re Looking For

You might be new to recruitment—and that’s okay! We’re looking for someone who’s:

Proactive, confident, and driven to succeed

Comfortable taking ownership of their success (and income)

From a sales background (B2B ideal) or someone not afraid of cold calling

A strong communicator and great listener

Able to read people quickly—whether on the phone or in person

Full of energy, curiosity, and not afraid to pick up the phone

Interested in building a long-term career in recruitment

Bonus points if you have experience in the healthcare space—it’s highly regarded but not essential!
