What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end healthcare recruitment, from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement care

Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients across public and private sectors

Growing your own portfolio of candidates and clients with full autonomy

Achieving and exceeding performance targets (and being rewarded for it!)

Collaborating with a passionate team who values integrity, service, and results
