We are now seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sushi & Sashimi Chef to join our skilled culinary team. If you have a love for Japanese cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen, we’d love to welcome you to ORIBU.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and present fresh, high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes with precision and flair
• Maintain a clean, well-organised, and hygienic kitchen workspace
• Follow all food safety and kitchen protocols
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sushi and sashimi preparation
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional Japanese techniques
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
