About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Diploma or Certificate III Educator to join our vibrant team at the Golden Valley Children's Learning Centre in Glossodia, NSW. This part-time role on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays with potential of more days in 2026 will see you contributing to the care and development of our young learners in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years

Assisting in implementing engaging and age-appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Assisting inobserving and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with families to support each child's unique needs and interests

Maintaining a safe, clean and organised learning environment

Participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities and centre events

What we're looking for

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience working in a similar early childhood education and care setting

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging and developmentally-appropriate learning experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning outcomes for children

A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
