About the Role:

As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. You'll be responsible for:

Planning and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Documenting children's learning and development.

Actively contributing to the daily operations of the centre.

What We're Looking For:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised qualification).

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates.

Demonstrated experience working in a long day care setting.

Strong understanding and practical application of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
