About the Role:
We offer a flexible and varied role supporting NDIS participants through:

✅ 1:1 tailored support in the community or at home
✅ Group-based programs and social outings
✅ SIL (Supported Independent Living) home support
✅ Sleepovers and inactive overnight shifts

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking support workers who are:

Person-centred and compassionate

Reliable, adaptable and proactive

Confident working independently and within a team

Open to working across a range of support types, including in-home, community, and overnight care

Essential Requirements:

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR Certification

Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle

Relevant experience or Certificate III (Individual Support or similar)
