💼 What You'll Be Doing

In this hands-on role, you’ll support people with disability to live safe, empowered, and meaningful lives. Duties may include:

Personal care and mobility assistance

Supporting social and community participation

Behavioural and emotional support

Domestic assistance and meal preparation

Reporting and documentation

Encouraging independence and everyday skill-building

Our support is 24/7, so availability for a rotating roster (including weekends and overnights) is essential.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or related field

12+ months of hands-on experience in disability support

Experience with intellectual disability and complex needs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills and a nurturing, person-focused approach

Professionalism, integrity, and high personal hygiene standards

📋 Mandatory Requirements

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

COVID-19 vaccinations

Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable, insured vehicle

Current working rights in Australia
