We’re currently seeking experienced High Intensity Support Workers to join our team in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes located in Thornton and Clarence Town. These homes support participants with complex needs, and we’re looking for skilled, confident workers who can provide high-quality, person-centred care.

🛠️ About the Role

You'll be supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex behaviours with:

High intensity care and behavioural support

Personal care and daily living support

Community access and participation

Transport and attending appointments

Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive routines

This is a 24/7 rostered role, including overnight, weekend, and active support shifts — flexibility is essential.

✅ What You’ll Need

Certificate III or higher in Disability or related field

Minimum 12 months of experience in the disability sector

Proven experience supporting high needs/complex participants

First Aid and CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Australian Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, roadworthy vehicle
