Your new role

As an Intermediate/Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead and contribute to a variety of structural projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for detailed design, analysis, documentation, and coordination with clients, architects, and other consultants. You'll also mentor junior engineers and play a key role in project delivery and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Structural design and analysis using Australian Standards
  
• Preparation of engineering documentation and reports
  
• Site inspections and construction support
  
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  
• Supporting business development and proposal preparation
  

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or similar field (Chartered status is advantageous)
  
• 3-5+ years of experience in structural engineering consultancy
  
• Residential structural design experience is essential
  
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Structural Toolkit, RAM Concept, RAPT, SpaceGass)
  
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills
  
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
