The Opportunity:

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a lead role in the delivery of large-scale building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing detailed designs and specifications for structures.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and practical, and that they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and that structures are built to specifications and standards.
• Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and address any issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
• Coordinating junior engineers and drafters, providing guidance and support as needed, and delegating tasks and responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused engineer with the following:

• Circa 5+ years of structural engineering experience on multistory building projects
• Proven capability in structural design, analysis, and documentation
• Experience managing resources, coordinating teams, and working directly with clients
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and drafters on project delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, practical, and solutions-driven mindset
