PSYCHOLOGIST / BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

Relevant qualification, such as Psychology or Masters of Behaviour,

Registration with AHPRA or similar,

Experience in and passion for the Disability and Community Services sectors,

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

Creative problem-solving skills,

Understand and maintain updated with evidence based best practice to delivering service to our clients,

Excellent organisational and time management skills,

Ability to create and maintain lasting professional relationships,

Caring, empathic, and understanding nature,

Positive and energetic team member,

A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity,

Brisbane based home to work and travel from,

Autonomous and preference for working from home,

Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to registered and insured vehicle,

NDIS Worker Screening check.

Willing to consider Provisional Psychologist candidate with the relevant experience and skills.

KEY DUTIES

Client assessments, including descriptive, cognitive and functional need,

Written clinical reports,

Develop and implement behaviour support plans,

Training support teams,

Counselling and therapeutic intervention.
