We’re looking for a self-starter who can assist with general administrative tasks.
This will be a part-time position min 24hrs per week based in Matraville.
Duties include:
Managing sample stock and loan units
Coordinating samples to customers
Maintain conference calendar and bookings
Managing conference and display equipment
Coordinate advertisements
Creating and emailing quarterly newsletter to customers
Data entry
Updating weekly and quarterly sales reports for sales team
Formatting documents and presentations
Administrative support of CRM (Bigin / Zoho)
Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
Ordering stationery
Managing Post and Couriers
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
General tidying and maintain office appearance
Flexibility is important and the role includes providing ad-hoc coverage of customer service / order processing during unexpected sick leave and annual leave.
About you:
Ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines, keep stakeholders updated, and follow-up in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have attention to detail
Competency with various forms of Microsoft Office technology (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) as well as office AV Equipment
Comfortable to handle fluctuating workloads
Comfortable bending, lifting and carrying items. Ability to lift up to 10 kg
Candidates must have the right to work in Australia to be considered for this role (Australian citizen, permanent resident, NZ resident).
