Primary Duties Include:
Customer liaison for orders, payment processing and collection of receivables.
Data input & updates in accounting and ledger systems for inventory, vendor and customer management.
Coordination of inventory balances including purchase orders, stock level monitoring and vendor liaison.
Management of online product orders.
Proper management of all inventory items including ensuring items are correctly labelled, handled & stored.
Picking & packing inventory & equipment orders.
Inventory logistics including liaison with couriers for inwards & outwards deliveries.
General bookkeeping tasks & office support (including service call answering, events management support).
Project work supporting sales and marketing activities.
Support customer communications.
Receiving inbound leads and working with sales team to follow up.
Periodic participation in stock-takes and pricing updates.
