What the role looks like:

You will be the face of Optus and the essence of the customer’s experience from the moment they step-in to your stores. By showing your sincere curiosity and asking the right questions, you will uncover the customers’ needs and develop solutions to satisfy those needs. You will need to be a champion of sales and customer service excellence from start to finish with a strong desire to set your customers up for success.

The skills and experience you will have:

Sales Experience - a huge advantage, but definitely not essential for the right person

Minimum 1 year working in a customer service environment

Confidence - in yourself and your ability to interact positively with our valued customers and ensure their visit to our store is a positive experience

Self-Motivated - you value the support of your leader, but you drive your own success

Team Player - we only succeed by working as a unit and by fostering a positive team culture. Take care of yourself by taking care of each other!
