About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will:

Lead Grill section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence across all dishes.

Develop and execute innovative menu items, bringing creativity and technical expertise to the table.

Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for your section, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality dining establishment.

Strong technical skills and a passion for Japanese cuisine Charcoal Experience bonus

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
