Andre's Osteria in Weston, ACT is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will contribute to the creation of our exceptional mediterranean inspired cuisine in a full-time role. What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality dishes to our exacting standards

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall kitchen operations

Ensuring all food preparation and cooking is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices

Contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy, high-quality restaurant

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle the pressures of a fast-paced kitchen

Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create exceptional dishes

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards
