The role:

We are excited to invite you to join our vibrant kitchen team at the BentSpoke BrewPub located in Braddon! If you have a passion for excellent food, craft beer, and cooking with interesting ingredients and fresh seasonal produce, then this could be the perfect role for you.

As a commi Chef with our kitchen team, you will prepare and present high-quality food for our BrewPub customers. You will provide support with stock control. menu options and organise food preparation as required. You will ensure quality and compliance, with a focus on safe food handling, hygiene and safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone with experience, works well in a team, and is able to handle busy periods with ease.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- A passion for craft beer!
