Grease Monkey is opening in Belconnen! We're looking to build a team ranging from head chefs, sous chefs, CDP, full time and casual positions available. Requirements for the role may include:

To cook and serve food as per Grease Monkey's Requirements.

Make prep lists at the end of each service.

Check stock and order accordingly.

Verifying the correctness of quantities received in accordance with invoice when receiving deliveries.

Make sure the kitchen is clean before leaving.

To follow food hygiene and safety.

To minimize wastage and spoilage of food.

Follow health and safety procedures.

Has completed both food safety courses: SITXFSA005 & SITXFSA006 (Preferred not required)

Can work in a cohesive and collaborative work environment
