We are regional Australia’s largest digital and offset printing company, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a full time opportunity based in our Mudgee office in NSW. Salary between $58,000-$67,000 plus 11% super. Applicant should be well qualified with good communications skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

In this role you will be responsible for

Delivering a comprehensive service to our clients

Keeping accurate records and details about client interactions

Taking quote requests from clients and inputting those requests into our lead management system.

Offering advice and suggestions to customers on print products and related services

Completing quotes and estimates for clients using our internal systems

Learning and utilising other tools that we make available to you

Providing administrative support to our Accounts and Sales teams

Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints

Replying to client emails and returning phone calls as required.

Taking phone messages and passing them on to team members through our phone message management system

Undertaking print finishing, plate making, digital printing, signage and document management related work as required

Working off site, from time to time, to undertake administrative duties and deliveries, collection of mail etc

An outstanding communicator

A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Confident with a friendly persona

Skilled in administrative tasks and the use of Microsoft Office products

Previous management experience working in Customer Service (essential)

Previous experience managing high volume phone calls (preferred)

Certification in leadership and/or management (desired)

Previous experience in the print or creative industry is an advantage
