You’ve got solid experience in apartments, multi-res, or similar commercial builds, and you’re looking for a CA role where the project is real, the culture is solid, and you’re surrounded by people who know what they’re doing.

This one kicks off on a $10m live project with basement and structure. You’ll be across trade letting, RFIs, progress claims, variations and EOTs. You’ll split your time between the site and the head office, so you’ll be part of the bigger picture, not just stuck in a folder somewhere.

The salary on offer for this role is up to $125k plus super.

You’ll report to a PM who’s come up through the business. They get it, and they’ll have your back. The director has an open-door policy, and the team is close-knit. Whether you want to bounce around a tricky clause or just grab a coffee and reset, you’ll have people around you who want to help, not just protect their own patch.

This builder has consistently delivered high-quality projects over the last 5–6 years. During COVID, plenty of others in this space took on jobs that have since become major headaches. While some are still trying to recover, this team stayed disciplined. They’re in a strong position financially and operationally, and now pricing a solid pipeline of new work as confidence returns to the market.

You’ll need previous experience in a CA or PC role on similar apartment, multi-residential or commercial projects to hit the ground running.
