The Role:
As an Industrial Sandblaster, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of metal surfaces using abrasive blasting media such as garnet, glass, and aluminium oxide. You will work on various projects ranging from small components to large industrial items, ensuring all surfaces are clean and ready for coating.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform abrasive blasting using garnet, glass bead, and aluminium oxide

Blast a diverse range of items to specification

Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Work as part of a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in industrial sandblasting essential

Familiarity with different blasting media and surface prep techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Physically fit and capable of working in a workshop environment

Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
