Position: Industrial Spray Painter/ Blaster

Location: Hazelmere WA

Reporting to: Operations Manager

General Information: We are looking for suitable candidates to start ASAP, with a minimum of 2 years industrial/automotive spray-painting experience. We have roles available for fulltime/casual employment, with weekend rosters also available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Applying various protective coatings, including epoxies, urethanes, and other paint systems.

Good communication skill.

Maintain proper spray application and clean equipment.

Perform work under limited supervision to specified timeframes, either individually or in a team environment.

Ensure all tasks are delivered to relevant Australian Standards and Industry Codes.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following essential requirements.

Previous experience as a Spray Painter/Blaster in an industrial or Automotive setting.

Knowledge of different surface preparation and coating techniques.

Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Willingness to work in physically demanding environments.

Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
