Our client located in Kensington are looking for an Admin all rounder to join their team. Leading the industry, they pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service each and every day.
About the role:
A long-term opportunity that offers full-time hours and stability. The right candidate must be punctual and trust worthy with a great sense of time management.
Duties:
- Coordination of bookings from council to supervisor on site
- Research, analytical and ability to obtaining information effectively and efficiently
- Ability to liaise at all levels in a professional & courteous manner
- Ability to follow set procedures in a fast paced multiple transaction environment
- Ability to work well independently and as a Team
- Coordinating office and administrative functions for a small team and fast paced environment
Skills and experience: - Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Planning and Organisational skills
