Edutemps is proud to be partnering with a leading Aboriginal health and education organisation to recruit two passionate Trainers & Assessors for their growing Diploma of Leadership and Management program.
These full-time roles are ideal for experienced vocational educators who are committed to fostering leadership skills in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Victoria.
The Role
You’ll deliver high-quality training and assessment services for two active student cohorts, using a culturally safe and strengths-based approach. Travel to regional locations such as Shepparton and Warrnambool will be required once a month, with the remainder of the delivery conducted online or from the Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the Diploma of Leadership and Management in line with RTO and ASQA standards
Facilitate engaging and culturally safe training, both in-person and online
Support student progression, assessment, and feedback
Maintain accurate records and contribute to resource development
Participate in validation and moderation activities
Travel monthly to regional training locations
Contribute to the broader goals of the education and workforce team
About You
Hold TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Hold the Diploma of Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
Proven experience delivering accredited VET training at the Diploma level
Strong understanding of ASQA, RTO compliance, and student-centred delivery
Experience working with or within Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities highly valued
Confident delivering both face-to-face and virtual training
Comfortable with regular travel and flexible delivery models

$120,000 + Super (Full-time, 38 hours/week)
18-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension
