Key Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontractor scheduling and regional workforce planning

Lead procurement forecasting and ensure logistics run to timeline

Track installation performance metrics across multiple states

Resolve escalations and support ongoing customer satisfaction

Collaborate with Solar Lead Technicians and Coordinators to keep jobs moving

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of solar, construction, or electrical ops experience

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and performance KPIs

Strong stakeholder and communication skills
