As part of our growth and expansion we are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Analyst with Facilities Management optimisation experience. We are looking for someone awesome with experience in:

Developing and maintaining organisational databases and dashboards.

Interrogating large data extracts to find improvement insights

Ability to analyse data and make evidence-based recommendations

Developing new dashboards to present data

Developing tools and processes to optimise work order management, scheduling and optimisation of asset maintenance

Applying improvement and optimisation methodologies across diverse service and project requirements.

Support financial analysis during a request for tender or an operational contract

Establish corporate process and systems

Participate in the rollout of new systems

Working within our corporate and operational teams, the role would work on the upcoming tenders and then support the delivery team with mobilisation of new contracts.

The roles will be responsible in enabling our clients to challenge the status quo and deliver significantly improved services ultimately leading to a better and more sustainable outcome.

This is an office based role in Melbourne CBD.

Who are you?
Someone who's fun, energetic and technically knowledgeable. Systems orientated and always looking to improve. We want someone who loves the detail, loves rolling up their sleeves to analyse and present their findings and isn't afraid of reviewing hundreds of thousands of invoices to find the needle in the haystack. An individual that is able to develop dashboards as well as being able to review and understand large data sets in excel to find alternative ways of delivery.

Ideally you will have:

Extensive experience in a similar role within the facilities management industry

Hands on experience gained within a contractor environment in similar industries

Possess a strong work ethic, good organisational skills and can meet strict deadlines

Well-developed computer literacy skills, particularly in Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.

Keen attention to detail and a focus on high-quality work output.

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Must be team-oriented and results-focused.

This Position will require successful candidates to undergo a Medical Assessment as well as a Police and National Security Checks. Whilst our head office is Melbourne, we have team members across the country and encourage you to apply from interstate/remote areas.
