We offer cost management, estimating, cost planning, project controls, commercial management services to the Energy and Renewable, infrastructure (road, rail, and ports), and resources industries.

We have offices in Australia and Indonesia and are actively involved in further expansion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking Infrastructure and Energy/Renewables Estimators located in Brisbane. Ideal candidates should have a strong grasp of Estimating Principles, along with the right attitude and willingness to take on complex and challenging roles. We value a positive attitude as much as we do experience.

The Estimator will be responsible for conducting estimates at all stages of project development, from initial budgeting with minimal information through to contract negotiation and variation assessment.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with relevant estimating experience, but we are also open to considering construction professionals with engineering, design, project controls, and scheduling experience who are seeking a new challenge and want to gain further experience from our senior team.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

7 or more years of estimating or project engineering/control experience in relevant construction sectors

Proven technical knowledge

Ability to work as part of a team, supporting others and seeking support to utilise the vast experience within our team

Skills in relevant estimating software and openness to learn to use other software that suits our clients (Expert Estimator, Candy, CATS)

Good knowledge of the existing construction market, clients, suppliers, and contractors

Ability to take a client's briefing and find solutions even when information may be lacking

Eligible to work in Australia and willing to consider interstate and international travel
