Access Recycling is a family owned and operated scrap metal business with yards and mobile operations throughout regional NSW and the ACT. We buy scrap metal directly from suppliers, process it and then sell it to end users throughout Australia and Overseas.

An opportunity exists within our business for a proactive Regional Sales Manager to assist with the ongoing transformation of our business. Working alongside our management and operations team, this role would suit a motivated, energetic applicant who is willing to take opportunities as they arise.

Your duties will include:

Purchasing scrap metal from new and existing regional customers

Responding to regional customer enquiries

Developing and growing our regional client base

Key regional account management

Assistance in customer support activities

Ensuring our client database is accurate and up-to-date

About You

Whilst no previous experience in the scrap metal industry is required, you must be outgoing with strong ties to regional NSW, the farming and/or mining industries. You’ll have the flexibility to travel throughout regional NSW on a daily basis, a willingness to learn and a keen desire to exceed customer expectations.

Ideally, you’ll already be based in regional NSW.

A pro-active approach to problem solving

Drivers licence

Existing networks within the Agriculture, Resource or Industrial industries

A demonstrable history of sales achievements in regional NSW is highly desirable, but not essential.

Note: Due to the nature of this role regular travel throughout regional NSW will be expected.
