What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect used vehicle

Demonstrate detailed product knowledge to educate customers and build trust

Conduct test drives and negotiates sales, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience

Maintain a thorough understanding of finance and insurance options to provide comprehensive solutions

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through your consultative approach

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your industry expertise

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle customer inquiries and close sales

Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

Familiarity with DMS Titan and processes, as well as a commitment to continued professional development
