We’re working with a nationally respected engineering consultancy that’s now strategically growing its client-side advisory offering in Queensland. Already successful across Victoria and NSW, the business is making a long-term investment in QLD—and they’re looking for the right person to lead that charge.

This isn’t a role with a set playbook. It’s a role for someone who knows the players, understands how to deliver value in a consulting environment, and is ready to step into leadership and growth.

About the Opportunity:
You’ll lead client-side delivery across infrastructure advisory scopes:
-PMO
-Procurement
-Contract administration
-Council + TMR interfaces

You’ll also:
- Be 70–80% billable, while actively helping shape the market strategy
- Work directly with national leaders and local clients
- Support and eventually build your own team
- Lead conversations that convert relationships into long-term clients
- Be the trusted face of client-side advisory in QLD

What You Bring:
15+ years in engineering with a client-side consulting background
- Experience in TMR, local council, or public infrastructure projects
- CPEng + RPEQ (or ability to attain)
- Commercial mindset and ability to win work
- Proven leadership of technical teams and high-value projects
- Enjoy working autonomously, but backed by a national business
