Position Summary: The vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officer) role is a dynamic and fast-paced blend of IT consulting, strategic planning, and solution recommendations for proactively managed IT clients.

As a vCIO, you will excel in building strong business-to-business relationships, adapting to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, and demonstrating robust business consulting and sales skills. Your ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in relation to business needs is crucial in this role, rather than your ability to support (hands on), manage, or install the technology itself.

You will collaborate closely with our internal sales and administration teams to drive client success. You’ll play a key role in identifying business needs during client engagements and work with the team to scope, develop, and refine professional services quotes and detailed project proposals. Your ability to clearly communicate technical requirements, align them with business outcomes, and ensure proposals are both accurate and compelling will be essential in delivering high-value solutions and maintaining our standard of excellence.
