The Role:

The ERP Functional Consultant will play a role in the successful delivery of initiatives from inception to completion, providing technical expert services and advice while liaising closely with DBS, vendors, clients and key stakeholders. This role will playing a functional role within the ERP program in delivering solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO). You will deploy expertise in a manner that aligns strongly with the direction of the business and to make a significant impact and contribution.

Key accountabilities:

This role will report to the ERP Functional Consultant Lead and is a part of the ERP & Website Development within DBS’ Enterprise Digital Solutions business unit.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Create and implement work items for assigned projects and support translation of group strategy into objectives and work items.

• Manage the documentation of business and system processes resulting from business analysis.

• Create or evaluate the customer's business process to inform system configuration and technical activities.

• Contribute to business workshops, with business and product management, to analyse and design solutions for any application and/or process gaps detected during analysis.

• Prototype and configure the respective business processes in D365FO, making sure the system reacts according to the constraints defined by the customer.

• Configure D365FO according to agreed functional requirements and design specifications.

Your Background

• Qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP in a functional or consulting role.

• Possess sound end-to-end SDL process knowledge and experience

• Excellent communication skills (written, presentation and oral).

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to work with ambiguity.

• The ability to plan, manage and be accountable for own workload to meet agreed deadlines.

• Good personal awareness and openness to learning.
