You’ll start as a Business Analyst, but with mentoring from day one around product ownership, your title will shift to Product Manager at your 6-month review if you're on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• System configuration – setting up features & working with web snippets
• Rolling out functionality and processes across teams
• Collaborating with Tech, Sales & Support to resolve issues
• UAT & PVT testing
• Creating reports and analysing data
• Gathering requirements, writing user stories & documentation
• Reporting to internal teams & external partners

What We’re Looking For:

• 18 months –2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• PR minimum – no exceptions
• Based in Sydney and able to work hybrid from Mascot
• Strong communicator with a natural curiosity for tech
• Proactive mindset - someone who gets stuck in and takes ownership
• Ideally from a small team or business where you’ve had to wear multiple hats
• Initiative, maturity with the passion & desire to develop personally
• Bonus if you’ve worked in payments, SaaS, or financial services
