Your new role

As an Assistant Owners Corporation Manager, you'll play a vital role supporting two experienced Managers across a well-maintained and simple portfolio. The work is administrative and coordination-focused - ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes and wants a clear development pathway.
You'll dial into AGMs (which can be done from home), manage documentation, and liaise with owners and committees. All meetings are virtual, and the systems in place are smooth and modern.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within Owners Corporation (non-negotiable)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the business
• Friendly, team-first attitude with great communication skills
• High attention to detail and time management
• Familiarity with Property IQ (bonus)
