We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll be the operational glue, supporting our therapists, managing the day-to-day of the clinic, and creating a calm, organised space for both our team and our families.

The Role

As Office Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our clinic. From resource management and invoicing to supporting our therapists with diary and workflow coordination, you’ll play a central role in creating an organised, efficient, and supportive environment for our team and clients.

What You’ll Do

Administrative and Diary Support: Review therapist diaries, manage bookings and cancellations, and collaborate with the 2IC to respond to diary movements and booking queries

Site and Operational Management: Manage site checklists, daily task completion, and oversee site maintenance

People and Processes: Support onboarding of shadowing visitors and student placements, and participate in site meetings and operational discussions

Health and Safety: Monitoring supplies and supporting support WHS compliance

You’re a match if you:

Have previous experience in an administrative or office management role (healthcare preferred but not required)

Possess excellent organisation and communication skills

Have the confidence to take initiative and solve problems independently

Are comfortable supporting staff and juggling multiple priorities
