Property Manager - Ivanhoe

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm with Minimal Weekends (1 in 8, TBC) with time in lieu

JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30
- Manage your own portfolio of 170 properties
- Routines (with some support)
- Application processing (with some leasing support)
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections
- Using Cloud Based Software

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (car allowance included in Salary) + plus commissions for new rentals / sales etc

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
