Super Safe Hire based in Bayswater North are one of the leading hirers of portable toilets, temporary fences, scaffolding, crossovers, and power poles in Victoria with most of our work generated by phone and email orders through our internal customer service centre.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts All-Rounder to assist our admin team in a part-time role (16 hours per week-flexible on days).
The accounts person will be versatile, enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to assist with a variety of tasks including:
Accounts receivable – Invoicing, reconciliations & collections
Accounts payable – data entry and payments
Ad hoc accounts duties including taking accounts calls.
The successful candidate must have:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
A working knowledge of Reckon Hosted software or worked with similar packages i.e. Xero or MYOB Account Right
General computer skills with a reasonable understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products including Outlook & Word.
Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
Good organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
A positive attitude & the ability to work well with others in a team environment

In 1993 Peter Scott first started his hire business as Dunnys R Us concentrating on hiring portable toilets to the building industry in Melbourne with a range of builder’s toilets, function toilets and sewer connect toilets.
Being a registered builder, having managed his own successful building company, Peter saw there was a need in this part of the industry to provide better service to the building trade.
Peter clearly understood the needs of builders and structured Dunnys R Us to take out the problems many builders faced in the provision of the various products needed to meet health and safety requirements, to comply with all the legislative requirements and most importantly to be able to build houses without hassle.
