• Managing a select portfolio of complex buildings and BMCs
• Providing expert advice and premium service to a discerning client base
• Overseeing financials, budgets, and maintenance planning
• Preparing agendas and documentation for AGMs and committee meetings
• Chairing General and Strata Committee meetings
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a performance-driven culture

About You You’re a seasoned strata professional with:

• Proven experience managing large or complex schemes
• Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• A proactive and strategic mindset
