The Role:

Our client is a professional earthmoving operation based in Tamworth, currently undertaking projects in Bourke, NSW. They specialise in the maintenance and development of irrigation farms and are seeking a highly experienced Excavator / Dozer Operator to join their team.

What You'll Do:

• Operate excavators and/or dozers (30-tonne CATs) as per project requirements
• Carry out earthmoving duties with accuracy and care, especially around irrigation infrastructure
• Perform final trim operations to specified tolerances
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific guidelines
• Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members

Your Skills and Experience:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Final trim experience (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of excavator and/or dozer operating experience
• Experience with large-scale CAT machinery (30-tonne+)
• Strong awareness of safety and operational procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in rural environments
• A positive, professional attitude
